Asia & World Enterprise Resources (ERAW), dedicated to disseminating peer-reviewed scientific knowledge and research as well as new research by academics and scientific researchers. This is an online, open access website. Thereby, researchers and scholars have more discussions, insights and apply knowledge, recommendations and practical suggestions in the business and operations of their organizations and enterprises, in order to improve the efficiency of human resource use and business activities…bringing high efficiency to organizations and businesses. Through that, we hope to make a small charitable contribution to the development of the social community. Therefore, participation in this editorial team is completely voluntary, so there will be no salary.

Request
1. Have a Master’s degree or higher in ERAW-related majors
2. Hold a teaching or research position at a university or educational institution
3. Have a passion for academics and a desire to contribute to the social community.
5. Fast and accurate work with tight deadlines
6. Absolutely comply with the Ethical Principles of the Ethics Committee (COPE)
